 Collaborating with call center and technical team to ensure efficient service of the company.
 Monitoring network with network monitoring tools.
 Reporting network status to the superior.
 Strong understanding of IP Network (IPv4 & IPv6).
 Real life experience in(BDCOM/Air-media GPON/EPON OLT),(Cisco/Nexus/BDCOM Switch)
Mikrotik Router Basic & their installation, configuration.
 Strong documentation skills.
 FTP Server Maintains.
 Troubleshooting Any Android Smart TV.
 Ip Unblock & Etc
 Fully acquainted with Windows Operating System.
 Computer Hardware & Software.
